These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of loticirrigation.net (the “Site”) and the services offered by Lotic Irrigation LLC (“Lotic Irrigation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Fort Collins, Colorado company providing sprinkler, irrigation, landscape, holiday lighting, and snow removal services. By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms replace our previous Terms of Use.
1. Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but content is provided for general information only. Service descriptions, prices, specials, and service areas shown on the Site may change without notice and are not an offer to perform work at a specific price.
2. Quotes, Estimates, and Agreements
Submitting a request or booking online does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it. The price and scope of each job are set by the estimate, quote, invoice, or service agreement we provide to you (for example, through our Client Hub). Seasonal contracts, such as snow removal, and commercial service agreements are governed by their own written terms. If a signed or accepted quote or agreement conflicts with these Terms, that quote or agreement controls.
3. Scheduling and Weather
Scheduled dates and arrival windows are estimates. We may need to reschedule due to weather, freezing conditions, equipment issues, or safety concerns, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice by phone, text, or email.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, property, and job information.
- Provide safe access to the work area, including gates, controllers, backflow devices, and shut-off valves, and secure pets during service.
- Tell us about private underground lines or equipment that public utility locates do not mark, such as private electrical lines, gas lines to outbuildings, lighting wires, or invisible pet fences.
- Confirm you are the property owner or are authorized by the owner or property manager to request the work.
5. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms on your quote or invoice. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspended service and, where permitted by law, late fees and collection costs.
6. Workmanship and Warranties
Any warranty on our workmanship, parts, or plants is described in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer. Except as stated in those documents, services are provided without other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful information, or sending spam through our forms.
8. Content, Linking, and Sharing
The text, photos, graphics, and logos on the Site are owned by or licensed to Lotic Irrigation and protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to link to any page of the Site, share our pages, and quote brief portions of our content with attribution and a link back to the Site. Search engines and AI-powered search and answer tools may index, summarize, and cite our public pages. Please do not copy our content in bulk or present it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission.
9. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or other content to us, you give us permission to display it on the Site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial unless you request otherwise. You may ask us to remove your content at any time. Ideas or suggestions you send us may be used without obligation to you.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including our Client Hub and online booking (powered by Jobber), maps, video, and social media. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lotic Irrigation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, or material shortages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Lotic Irrigation against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If a concern comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Larimer County, Colorado.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including cookies and analytics, and is part of these Terms.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes do not affect quotes or agreements already accepted.
