How a Windsor service call works

1. Book a time

Book online, call or text. Tell us what you’re seeing, like a geyser, a dry patch or a zone that won’t run, and pick a time that works for you.

2. We diagnose it

A Lotic technician runs every zone on your Windsor system, finds the cause and tells you what it will cost before any work starts. No surprise charges.

3. We fix it the same visit

Our trucks carry common heads, nozzles, valves and fittings, so most Windsor sprinkler repairs are finished on the first visit. We finish by checking your controller schedule.

Sprinkler care for Windsor yards

Some Windsor neighborhoods water their lawns with non-potable (raw) irrigation water instead of drinking water. Raw water carries more sand and debris, so clogged nozzles, plugged filters and valves that won’t fully close are some of the most common calls we see there.

Windsor’s open, windy terrain also pushes spray off target. We set run times and nozzles so the water lands on the lawn, not the driveway, and we time blowouts with the irrigation season so your lines are cleared before freezing nights.

What we check on every Windsor service call

  • Clogged nozzles and filters
  • Valves that weep or won’t close
  • Broken or sunken heads
  • Wind drift and overspray
  • Controller and timer programming

Windsor sprinkler questions

Do you charge more to come to Windsor?

No. Service calls are $128, activations start at $128 for up to 6 zones, and late-season blowouts are $164 for up to 6 zones, the same as in Fort Collins.

My neighborhood uses raw irrigation water. Does that change anything?

It can. Raw water has more sediment, so we check and clean filters and nozzles during service and recommend flushing the system at spring start-up.

Why does my spray end up on the driveway?

Windsor is open and windy, and sprays drift. We adjust arcs, swap in lower-angle or rotary nozzles where it helps, and move run times to calmer early-morning hours on the controller so the water lands on the lawn.

Do you plow snow in Windsor?

Not right now. Our snow plowing is Fort Collins only, but sprinkler, lawn and holiday light services are all available in Windsor.

How many zones does a typical Windsor home have?

Most homes we see have between 4 and 10 zones. Activations start at $128 and late-season blowouts are $164 for up to 6 zones, and we’ll tell you the price for larger systems before we start.

What are the signs I need sprinkler repair?

Water pooling or running down the street, a soggy spot that never dries, a dry patch in an otherwise green lawn, a higher water bill, or a zone that hisses but doesn’t spray. Any of those is worth a service call.

Also serving Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Wellington and Laporte.
