Snow Plowing in Fort Collins
Seasonal snow removal contracts for Fort Collins driveways, sidewalks, HOA paths and commercial lots. One agreement for the winter, a 2-inch trigger, and a crew that shows up without you calling.

Set up before the snow falls
Calling around for a plow sounds simple until the first big storm, when everyone in town is trying to book the same handful of crews. A seasonal contract takes that off your plate.
- On the schedule from day one. Your property is on our route from the start of the season, so there is no scrambling mid-storm.
- No calls, no reminders. When a storm drops 2 inches or more, we come out once it ends. You never text anyone at 5 a.m.
- One agreement for the winter. We go over what you want cleared once, up front, and that is what we do all season.
What our snow removal covers
Every contract is built around your property. Tell us what you want cleared and that is what we do, every storm.
Driveways & walks
Driveway, front walk and the sidewalk along the street, cleared in one pass after the snow stops.
HOA paths & common areas
Shared paths, mail kiosks and common areas. Our ATV plow fits where a truck cannot, without tearing up landscaping.
Commercial lots
Parking lots, entrances and walkways for retail, office and multifamily properties. Quoted by size before the season.
Snow plowing pricing in Fort Collins
A flat rate per visit based on how much snow fell. Standard residential driveway pricing:
per visit, 2 to 6 inches
per visit, 7 to 12 inches
each additional 6 inches
Larger driveways, longer walks and commercial lots are priced by property size, and we quote yours before the season starts so there are no surprises once the snow flies. Pet-safe ice melt is an optional add-on.
Fort Collins sidewalk rules: the 24-hour deadline
The City of Fort Collins requires property owners and residents to clear snow and ice from the sidewalks next to their property within 24 hours after a snowfall. Uncleared sidewalks can be reported to Neighborhood Services, and the city asks that snow not be pushed back into the street.
If you travel, work early hours or just do not want to shovel, a seasonal contract keeps you on the right side of that rule.
How it works
Tell us what to clear
Book online, call or text. We confirm your driveway, walks and any extras, and quote the season.
We watch the storms
Any storm of 2 inches or more puts you on the route. No reminders needed.
One clean pass
We plow once the snow stops, so you are not left with a half-cleared driveway that fills back in.
Snow plowing questions
How much does snow plowing cost in Fort Collins?
For a standard residential driveway, plowing is $164 per visit for 2 to 6 inches of snow, $328 for 7 to 12 inches, and $164 for each additional 6 inches. Larger driveways, long walks and commercial lots are quoted by property size before the season starts.
When do you come out?
Our contracts use a 2-inch trigger. When a storm drops 2 inches or more, we plow once the snow stops so you get one clean pass. Dustings that melt on their own do not trigger a visit.
Do you offer ice melt?
Yes, as an optional add-on. We use pet-safe products.
Do you plow outside Fort Collins?
No. We serve Fort Collins only for snow removal. Keeping routes inside the city means we can reach contract customers quickly when a storm hits.
Do you plow sidewalks and HOA paths?
Yes. We plow with an ATV fitted with a snow blade, so we can clear driveways, sidewalks, shared paths and common areas that a full-size plow truck cannot get into, without tearing up landscaping. We also plow commercial parking lots.
Can I call per storm instead of signing a contract?
Contract customers are scheduled first. If you want a one-off visit, call or text and we will fit you in if the route allows, but during a big storm contract properties come first.
