What does a sprinkler activation cost?
Residential activations are $128 for the first 6 zones, then $10 for every 3 valves after that. The visit includes a basic adjustment, leak detection and a water-saving controller setup for our semi-arid climate.
How much does a sprinkler blowout cost?
Late-season pricing is in effect as of October 15, 2026: residential blowouts are $164 for 1 to 6 zones, plus $10 for every 3 additional zones (7 to 9 zones $174, 10 to 12 zones $184). Commercial blowouts start at $188 for up to 8 zones.
How are sprinkler repairs billed?
Service calls are $128 for scheduled visits, and we have standard pricing for replacing heads and repairing laterals and mainlines. For repairs expected to exceed $308, we provide a verbal or written estimate on request.
Do you work on drip systems for native Colorado landscaping?
Yes. We have extensive experience with drip systems and can address the varying needs of every plant and tree, with options to fit any situation.
Do you work on commercial and HOA properties?
Yes. We are fully insured and work with homeowners, HOAs and businesses.
